12 – Brew Bar – 11 Camden High Street

 

Brew Bar is a new addition to Camden High Street. Opening it’s doors two weeks ago I had come across it on one of my many walks. A sign stating that it opened in a few days signalled to me that I must try it out when I get the chance. Today was that day. Located very close by to Mornington Crescent Underground station (Northern Line) the positioning of this coffee shop is fantastic. It’s perfect after a morning of browsing the nearby markets in Camden Town on your way back to the station. I can see Sundays being very popular here. So what was the general feel of Brew Bar? Let’s get into that…

10 – Slate – 96 Curtain Road

After passing by this place many times, I finally decided that today was to be a good time to visit. After a long walk from Tower Hill, it was well worth the legwork. Slate is located very close to Shoreditch High Street(London Overground) station and Old Street underground station (Northern line). A very small intimate space, Slate is more than what it seemed.
